Terms of Use
1. Parties
These terms are between 5Brand Advertising Agency Ltd. ("we") and the person using the Tallune mobile app ("you"). By using the app you accept them.
2. What the service is — important
Tallune is a journal and planning tool built on an astronomical calendar. It produces short, checkable statements for each day; in the evening you mark them "held true / didn't / not relevant", and the app shows your own hit rate — including when it is low.
Tallune is for entertainment and personal awareness. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
The app does not claim to know the future, does not forecast events and does not replace any decision of yours. Predictions about health, pregnancy, death, legal and financial matters are blocked at code level. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.
If you are in an emergency or thinking of harming yourself, call your local emergency line rather than the app. The app recognises such phrases and shows a helpline instead of sending anything.
3. Age
The app is not designed for anyone under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
4. No account
You do not create an account. Your data lives on your device. That means that if you lose the device or delete the app without a backup, the data is gone. To back up: Profile → Settings → My Data → Full Backup (JSON).
5. Tallune+ subscription
- The free tier includes the calendar, the journal, sky data, the day's statements, every widget size and the accuracy rate itself.
- Tallune+ only raises the AI limits: 30 consultations a day (3 on free), 5 syntheses a day (1 a week on free), 3 mirrors a day (1 on free). Plus subscribers also see no ads.
- Price, duration and renewal terms are stated on the purchase screen and come from the store. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
- Where a free trial applies, its length and end date are shown on the purchase screen. A reminder 48 hours before the trial ends is on by default.
- Cancelling is one step: Profile → Manage subscription opens the store's own subscription page. There is no retention flow, no "please stay" offer and no confirmation maze. After cancelling, Plus stays on until the paid period ends and the free tier continues. No data is deleted.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google; refund requests go to the relevant store.
6. AI-generated content
AI features are optional and off by default. Every AI-generated surface
(weekly summary, the day's mirror, Ask the Mirror, the timing note, the note
reply and the day's statements) carries a quiet ∗ mark; tap it to read an
explanation and to Report an inappropriate or wrong text from within the
app. Language models make mistakes; the text is not an expert opinion and its
accuracy is not guaranteed.
Which sky theme a day's statement rests on, its measurable claim and its
measurement are not AI — they come from a deterministic template
catalogue running on your device. With AI consent on, the statement's wording
is written by AI in the context of your day and marked with ∗; without
consent, or offline, the template text is shown.
7. Ads
The free tier contains ads (Google AdMob). Ads are requested non-personalised, there are no full-screen or app-open ads, and no ad is placed on the journal, the rating flow, onboarding or the Mirror screen.
8. Unacceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the app, load the AI endpoints with automated tools, attempt to bypass rate limits, or interfere with other people's use. We may restrict access if you do.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its text catalogues, design and brand are ours. Everything you write is yours — we claim no rights over your notes, ratings, remembered lines or backups.
10. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app. You may delete the app at any time.
12. Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. For consumer disputes, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
